Linda Weston Personnel, Inc (LWP) was founded in Michigan in 1994 by Linda Weston. It is a small, privately held, woman-owned business.
In 2003 LWP was awarded a GSA contract # GS-07F-0704N. Over the years we have been awarded numerous contracts within the Department of Veteran Affairs, Department of Defense (DRMS), General Services (GSA), Department of Agriculture, the Department of the Interior and the IRS. These contracts are spread over thirty states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Our business is ever changing. In recent years LWP has been focusing on Open Market Government, GSA and Long-Term Commercial Contracts. We have reorganized our efforts towards setting up policies and procedures in order to meet and exceed our clients’ individual needs and expectations. Our infrastructure is now able to accommodate all of our customers’ requirements.
LWP has had extensive experience working with federal government contracts both through our GSA schedule and through our Open Market contracts.
Linda Weston takes pride in personally preparing all proposals with the assistance of our Project Managers, and personally oversees all awarded contracts.
LWP currently has nine full time staff in our corporate office and 2 on-site HR Coordinators in the states of New York and Utah.
LWP has extensive written policies and procedures currently in place as well as an “Employee Manual” and a “Work Place Safety Manual”.
Approximately 95% of our contract employees are long term (over 90 days). We also have a consultant in place to assist with government contracts. Our consultant has spent twelve years with a large, national staffing firm overseeing all government contracts.
